Stage 0 – No cases in Anguilla
Emphasis on Hygienic Measures and Public Education
Ports Health Screening for passengers from high risk locations
Quarantine system for persons from high risk locations
Closure of Schools
Discouraging public gatherings
Isolation unit readied for critical patients or high risk persons.
Closure of ports for entry of passengers
Stage 1 –Confirmed Case (Imported) or risk assessment indicates the need to implement stricter measures
Closure daycare facilities in Anguilla
Ban on most public gatherings
Emphasis on social distancing measures in public places
Restriction on visitors to elder care facilities
Restriction on visitors to hospital
Self- isolation recommended for all high risk persons
Work from home as far as practicable (preference given to persons with underlying chronic conditions)
Stage 2 -Confirmed Case (Local Transmission)
Prohibit ALL Public gatherings [churches included]
Closure of non-essential workplaces (including bars)
Emphasis on social distancing measures in public places
Restriction on visitors to prisons and other residential facilities
Self-isolation recommended for all sick persons
Work from home as far as practicable
Stage 3. Confirmed Cases with evidence of community Transmission
Limited hours for certain essential workplaces still open.
Persons are required to stay in their home exceptions only made for seeking medical care, food, banking.
Restaurants are prohibited from sit-down services.
