Dear NCBA Customer,

We at NCBA recognize that this is a difficult time for all Anguillans and we want to assure you, our valued customer, that we are here to help. During this COVID-19 crisis we anticipate that you will need financial relief, and your bank has been proactively monitoring and implementing several measures to minimize the impact of this pandemic on all our stakeholders.

In view of the projected impact on our individual and business customers, your bank will be offering the following relief to customers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, effective immediately:

  1. A moratorium on loan repayments for an initial period of three (3) months. An assessment of the economic environment will be carried out at the end of this period, with the possibility of an additional three (3) month extension to be granted. The moratorium will be offered to both individual and commercial customers affected by the COVID-19 crisis. Please note that loans already in arrears will not be eligible for the moratorium. Customers whose loans are in arrears should approach the bank to discuss alternative options.

Customers are encouraged to complete applications related to the loan repayment moratorium online. The COVID-19 Moratorium Request Form can be downloaded from our website: www.ncbal.com and emailed to [email protected] upon completion.

2. A waiver of the following fees and charges for a period of three (3) months in the first instance, in order to assist customers who have incurred unplanned or additional expenses related to COVID-19:

  • Late Payment Fees on loans.
  • Early withdrawal penalty fees on fixed deposits, Christmas Club and Goal Savings plans.

We are closely monitoring the situation as it evolves and stand ready to provide further assistance to our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at [email protected].

Please visit our social media webpages and ncbal.com for ongoing updates on how you can safeguard yourself, your families and our community during this period of great uncertainty. Rest assured we intend to emerge from this experience, a brighter, stronger institution with an improved ability to serve you better.

Sincerely,
