Online Applications for Unemployment Assistance Benefit

The Social Security Board in collaboration with the Government of Anguilla, launched an Unemployment/Underemployment Assistance Benefit (UAB) for persons whose employment has been impacted by the Coronavirus Pandemic. The SSB is working to roll out the UAB programme to the public on or before Monday, 20th April 2020. This UAB will be an online process. An electronic platform is being created to facilitate this process through a web application, where persons are required to complete and submit the application claim form online, using any electronic device such as a smart phone, tablet, laptop or PC.

A copy of the application claim form is available below and also on our website at ssbai.com. In preparation for the online submission of the applications, applicants are asked to have the following information available: Social Security Number, basic identification details, name of employer(s), salary, Bank Account and period of work.
