Information for Controlled Re-entry of residents abroad

The following information is being collected for the official registry of persons interested in returning to Anguilla following the border closure on March 20th 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Persons wishing to re-enter Anguilla will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements including any associated costs.

Be aware the re-entry process may take some time, therefore persons are urged not to make any travel arrangements until advised by the Government of Anguilla.

The Government of Anguilla has prioritized the safe return of residents and Anguillians to Anguilla when it has been deemed safe to do. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 threat, it is the Ministry of Health’s responsibility to ensure that all the necessary precautions are taken to prevent the importation and subsequent spread of the virus.

Additionally, the Ministry must ensure that repatriation is conducted in a manner that safeguards the health and wellbeing of those involved in the repatriation as well as the health and well-being of the population of Anguilla. To this end, all returning persons will be required to comply with the following conditions:


  1. Completion of a virtual health interview 24 to 48 hours prior to departure.
  2. Mandatory health screening and COVID-19 testing on arrival.
  3. Mandatory quarantine at least 14 days after arrival and mandatory testing with a negative result before release.
  4. Mandatory isolation for further management should a person develop symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 virus.

If you intend to return to Anguilla, when the Government deems it safe to do so, the conditions above must be accepted. Please provide the information requested on the form below:

This information must be provided for ALL persons intending to return. Please complete an individual submission for each member of your family including each child. The completion of this form signifies acceptance of the conditions of repatriation stipulated in 1 – 4 above.
